Terms and Conditions

This page explains the terms and conditions on how Panostitcher operates. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them before placing an order with Panostitcher. Please understand that by ordering through Panostitcher, you agree to these terms and conditions.


  1. After placing an order, you will receive an email receipt. Formal receipt documents may be provided upon request by the individual. Panostitcher will provide invoices for large orders if requested.

  2. ​​Panostitcher orders only include stitching and HDR, and does not include additional requests such as color correction, shadow elimination, reflection removal or blurring.

  3. ​​Panostitcher will not resize images. Orders are delivered in the max resolution and may be resized by individuals after receiving the completed order.

  4. ​​Images must be shot by Google’s standards. Please review the standard Google requirements for PANO Camera Settings.

  5. ​​Panostitcher reserves the right to determine if images cannot be stitched correctly. This includes but not limited to improperly shot images, incorrect dimensions, discoloration, or over or underexposure.

  6. ​​We will notify and refund orders that cannot be stitched as soon as possible to the original form of payment.

  7. ​​Panostither will upload your complete order into a new shared Google Drive folder and email to the individual once completed.

  8. Please share your photos in a Google Drive folder or via Google Photos. Stitched panoramas will be organized in the Google Drive folder based on the organization of the folder you share with stitch@panostitcher.com.

  9. ​​Turnaround time for orders is three to five business days. We stitch orders received in chronological order to ensure we meet this turnaround time for all customers. Office and stitching hours are 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. U.S. holidays are not included in the turnaround time.

  10. Panostitcher cannot guarantee meeting requested deadlines due to ensuring that all orders are completed in the sequence in which they are received. We will always try to deliver orders as soon as possible within the turnaround time frame if earlier requested turnaround times cannot be met.
